Coaching is a co-created process of growth. It looks at where you are currently, where you want to be, and how to get there. It requires accountability, growth-mindset, and honesty (it will not work otherwise). This partnership allows for maximized perspective, challenge, and push to move your life and business in the direction you want.

My coaching style is highly relational, and high in honesty. I look for and curiously name patterns that I see in what you’re sharing. We can identify these things together and determine the best next step forward.
First few calls - getting to know each other & starting to identify issues
Then, as we continue to talk about situations & your long-term growth goals, we identify barriers that we tackle.
Finally, you see transformation in your leadership as you have increased awareness and increased accountability.

Coaching absolutely will not be effective if you a) cannot admit weakness/gap areas/fault, or b) cannot get honest with yourself.
It will only work if you are ready to get honest, do the work, and stay humble while doing it!
More practically, be in a place where you can focus in the calls. Maybe that’s while driving for you, maybe it’s on a focused zoom call. Do what you need to do to stay focused!

That depends! I have some clients that have short engagements, some clients I’ve worked with for 3+ years. Let’s talk and get to know some of your goals and go from there.
I always encourage at least 3 months of an engagement. We’ll re-assess progress as we go to make sure it’s meeting your needs.

Nope! No long-term contract for my services. I do month to month. Eventually, I might do more of a package, but for now it’s just cancel anytime coaching.
